Furthermore, its intelligent standby control system minimizes power consumption during periods when no material is being fed, while effectively preventing the material from becoming over-dried. Equipped with an advanced honeycomb rotor, the unit maintains a stable dew point of -40°C, thereby ensuring consistent and highly precise drying performance. An optimized airflow design—complemented by a "lantern-style" air outlet and a three-zone thermal insulation structure—guarantees the uniformity and thoroughness of the material drying process.
