Topstar’s Granulator series includes low-speed soundproof, middle-speed, powerful, and powerful soundproof granulator machines. Mainly used for crushing nozzle materials at the injection molding machine side. It is suitable for recycling all kinds of hard and brittle plastic nozzles. It is especially suitable for crushing and recycling hard nozzle materials such as PC, nylon, and ABS. It adopts a screen-less design, and the crushed particles are even, and the dust content is low. Very rarely, the feed hopper adopts a double-layer sound-insulation design; the inner layer is made of stainless steel, and it has a visual material window.

Powerful Sound-Proof Granulator – TGQ
The powerful sound-proof granulators feature a double-layered hopper design to reduce noise, ensuring excellent safety and environmental protection, as well as energy efficiency and durability. It has a reasonable structure, is easy to operate, and features a hinged design for convenient maintenance and repair. The fully enclosed, silent design keeps noise levels below 85 decibels at 1 meter from the machine, providing a good working environment. The stainless steel storage bin is quick and easy to clean, and an optional stainless steel storage bin with a suction port is also available. The motor is equipped with an overload protection device and an emergency safety switch. A phase sequence controller is included to prevent adverse consequences caused by motor reversal. This model can be used for both centralized and random crushing. A unique internal cooling system, even in a fully enclosed design, dissipates the heat generated by the motor, extending its lifespan.
Powerful Granulator – TGP
The powerful granulators are particularly suitable for crushing and recycling various types of hard plastics, delivering superior results. The blade holder features an optimized design, available in three types: flat blade, claw blade, and straight blade. The claw-type blade distributes the force, increasing the shearing force of each blade, making it especially suitable for crushing thick products, large plastic scraps, and hard material blocks, effectively improving cutting force and reducing blade wear. The blades are made of high-quality alloy material. The standard screen mesh size is 8mm for 10 HP and below, and 10mm for 15 HP and above (other specifications are available upon request). When crushing transparent and white materials, the hopper and screen need to be made of stainless steel to prevent paint peeling and contamination during the crushing process.
Middle Speed Granulator – TGM
The medium-speed granulator is suitable for crushing and recycling sprue materials. It is specifically designed to crush both more rigid engineering plastics and softer general-purpose plastics. The moderate rotation speed minimizes the generation of dust and noise and reduces tool wear. Both the moving and stationary blades are made of Cr12MOV, ensuring a long service life. It features low dust, low noise, low energy consumption, easy operation, and excellent performance, and is equipped with multiple safety protection devices to ensure safe operation.
Low Speed Sound-Proof Granulators – TGL
This is a screenless plastic recycling granulator used to crush and recycle defective and substandard products of various hard and brittle plastics on the machine side. It is especially suitable for crushing and recycling hard sprue materials such as PC, nylon, and ABS. The low speed sound-proof granulators uses high-quality SKD-11 (optional) blade material for durability. It features 30-second immediate recycling, reducing the wetting and oxidation damage to sprue materials. 20-28 RPM low-speed operation saves energy and eliminates noise pollution. It uses a hollow-shaft gear reduction motor drive, requiring no lubrication and saving space. Suitable for recycling hard sprue materials, including PC, PBT, ABS, and nylon.
