TMT Mix Tank
The Topstar TMT mix tank is designed for the metering and mixing of two materials, most commonly new and recycled materials. It integrates material storage and metering functions into a single unit, utilizing a SUS304 stainless steel metering screw to ensure durability and stable performance. The new material is fed at a fixed speed, while the speed of the recycled material can be adjusted via a digital display, allowing for a mixing ratio range of 5% to 70%. The TMT mix tank boasts a metering accuracy of up to ±2%, is simple and intuitive to operate, and is suitable for material recycling in injection molding applications.
TPV Series Proportional Valves
Topstar TPV series proportional valves are used for precise mixing of virgin and recycled materials in injection molding systems. These valves use stable solenoid valves and precise pneumatic cylinders for reliable, adjustable material proportioning. The optimized valve body design ensures smooth material flow and reduces the risk of clogging. When used with automatic feeding systems, the TPV series does not require a separate controller, simplifying installation and operation. It is particularly suitable for in-line recycling systems, helping manufacturers reduce material costs while maintaining consistent production quality.
THM Series Horizontal Mixers
The THM Series Horizontal Mixer is engineered for applications that demand gentle, thorough, and uniform material mixing. Constructed with stainless steel barrels and paddles, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The horizontal design allows materials to be mixed evenly, while the 100-degree tilting barrel enables fast and convenient material discharge. A fully sealed structure prevents dust leakage, and integrated safety interlocks protect both operators and equipment. In addition, with a programmable mixing timer from 0 to 30 minutes, the THM Series horizontal mixer provides a safe, clean, and reliable mixing solution for injection molding and plastic processing operations.
TVM Series Vertical Mixers
The Topstar TVM Series Vertical Mixer is a compact, energy-efficient piece of auxiliary equipment for fast, uniform mixing of plastic materials. Featuring a stainless steel mixing barrel with a smooth surface, it ensures easy cleaning and long-term durability. The vertical mixing design delivers strong blending performance within a short cycle time while maintaining low energy consumption. A fully enclosed structure eliminates dust pollution, and built-in safety interlocks ensure secure operation. The TVM series vertical mixer features adjustable mixing times from 0 to 30 minutes and can be optionally equipped with casters for easy mobility, making it suitable for production workshops requiring efficient mixing in limited spaces.
TSM Series Screw Dosers
Screw Dosers are widely used for precise auto-proportional dosing & blending of virgin materials, regrind, masterbatch, and various additives. Equipped with a digital microcomputer controller, it ensures accurate and stable metering even at very low addition ratios. The DC brushless motor offers maintenance-free operation and long service life, while the modular design allows quick replacement of screws and barrels. With up to 50 recipe memory settings, material level detection options, and forced cleaning functions, the TSM Series improves color consistency and production efficiency. Its ability to synchronize with the main screw speed of injection molding machines or extrusion machines makes it an ideal solution for high-precision dosing and automated material control.
TGB Series Gravimetric Blenders
TGB Series Gravimetric Blenders are extensively configured to handle up to 6 different components by dosing, with total throughput from 20kgs/hr to 1000kgs/hr, including virgin, regrind materials, masterbatch, and various additives. The series adapts precision load cells to make a batch blend, resulting in highly accurate readings within 0.3%~0.5 %. (Accuracy tolerances are varied according to batch-to-batch blend ratio.) With multi-level password protection, alarm history records, and compatibility with auto loaders, the TGB Series gravimetric blender delivers maximum material consistency, reduced waste, and intelligent production control. Designed specifically for injection molding applications requiring precise control of material ratios.
