R&D Team

Topstar has an R&D and technical team of over 800 people, focusing on four major core intelligent equipment categories: embodied intelligence, industrial robots, CNC machine tools, and injection molding machines, as well as three core technology areas: control, servo, and vision. Core members of the technical and management teams have many years of experience in well-known companies within the industry, possessing extensive theoretical and practical expertise. As of September 30, 2025, the company holds 601 granted patents, including 241 invention patents, and 90 software copyrights. A number of the company's products have been recognized as Guangdong Provincial Famous Brand Products, Guangdong Provincial Famous and High-Quality High-Tech Products, have received CR certification, and have passed the European CE certification.

C O N T R O L L E R

The robot controller platform integrates motion control, PLC control and networked control.
The controller realized integrated control with Topstar injection molding machine controller, integrated rich injection molding industry process packages, and effectively improved the synergy efficiency of injection molding machine and robot.

S E R V O D R I V E R

The open servo system structure has the advantages of stable packaging and flexible expansion.
The high-performance servo control algorithm realized the speed loop bandwidth above 600Hz, which greatly improved the system response speed and control accuracy.
A variety of process technologies for equipment in specific industries, such as robot end shaking suppression, multi-pump merging/diverging hydraulic control, multi-axis coordinated synchronization control, etc.

V I S I O N S Y S T E M

Self-developed vision algorithm realized positioning, measurement, code reading, OCR, and detection functions.
The software is simple to operate, adopted visual programming, integrated rich visual operators and logic control tools.
Supported multi-task and parallel task operation mode, full data connection, simple and intuitive.
Integrated rich communication functions, support various protocols of network port and port channeling.
Very high recognition accuracy, the size reached 0.01 pixels, and the angular positioning accuracy reached 0.01°.
Multi-industry application experience, covering 3C, new energy, optoelectronics, sheet metal, and auto parts industries.

Currently serves as Software Department Manager at Topstar.
