TDA 3 in 1 Compact Dehumidifying Dryer

Drying and Dehumidifying System

Hopper Dryers are primarily utilized for the drying of plastic materials. They employ hot air to effectively dry all moisture-laden materials, ensuring a uniform hot air flow to enhance the drying efficiency and maintain the quality standards of the end products.

Feeding and Conveying System

Stainless steel (corrosion free) single hopper loader is designed to provide rapid transportation of free-flowing for virgin resin or regrind resin directly to the injection molding machine. The design of the hinged upper cover of the vacuum motor ensures quick cleanup time and easy maintenance.

Mold Temperature Control System

Our newly designed stainless steel frame structure adopts water as the heat transfer medium, facilitating direct cooling for efficient heat exchange. This design brings several advantages, including high heat conduction efficiency, minimal environmental pollution, convenient access to water resources, and low operational costs. The system is capable of achieving a standard temperature control of up to 120℃, providing optimal performance for diverse applications.

Air Chillers adopt fin condensers (without the need of cooling water) with the features of rapid heat transmission and excellent heat dispersion. This series can be afforded cooling ranges from 5~35℃ (temperature-controlled accuracy at ±2℃); the compressors' power ranges from 5HP~50HP and cooling.

Dosing and Mixing System

It is suitable for accurately weighing and mixing 2 to 6 raw materials such as new materials, recycled materials, masterbatch, and various additives. According to the preset proportion mixing, the required rotation speed (rpm) is automatically calculated through the conditions set by the microcomputer control system, and the measurement is accurate with an error value of ±1%.

Granulating and Recycling System

Mainly used for crushing nozzle materials at the machine side. It is suitable for recycling all kinds of hard and brittle plastic nozzles. It is especially suitable for crushing and recycling hard nozzle materials such as PC, nylon, and ABS. It adopts a screen-less design, and the crushed particles are even and the dust content is low. Very rarely, the feed hopper adopts a double-layer sound insulation design, the inner layer is made of stainless steel, and has a visual material window.

High-Security Equipment

Topstar’s direct press injection molding machine directly generates high pressure from the clamping cylinder on the plate, and the force point is in the same direction as the pressure in the cavity to achieve central clamping.
The plate deformation is quite small, and the product is not easy to flash. The force of the mold is balanced, and the service life of the machine is greatly extended.
For equipment of the same tonnage, about 10% of electricity can be saved after using the center clamping.
