The TCDH 3 in 1 compact dehumidifying dryer utilizes a high-performance honeycomb rotor to deliver stable, low-dew-point dry air, thereby enhancing the processing quality of precision- and optical-grade plastics. Its dual-cooler dehumidification system ensures consistent drying performance, while the sealed conveying circuit effectively prevents material re-absorption of moisture and contamination.

Features

  • 1. 3 in 1 compact dehumidifying dryers are equipped with a honeycomb rotor, which can acquire stable low dew-point drying air.
  • 2. To integrate the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into single unit. The three-stage conveying function is optional.
  • 3. Double-wall insulated hopper dryers feature a down-blowing pipe design to prevent heat dispersion, improving drying efficiency.
  • 4. The dehumidifying system employ double coolers for ensuring lower retur air temperature anddew-point value.
  • 5. The feeding system is equipped with a shut-off valve to ensure no remaining material in the hopper tube.
  • 6. Multiple safety protection devices.
  • 7. Optical-class models use mirror-polished treatment on the material contact surface to avoid material contamination and collocate the feeding system with a closed-loop in order to avoid the possibility of moisture regain for absorbing outside air during material conveying.
  • 8. To adopt the PlD temperature controller to accurately control regenerative temperature to ensure a stable new point.
  • 9. The return air filter is installed inside to ensure no powder & dust contamination to the honeycomb
