Features
Accurate and stable temperature control
- 1. The precision of temperature control can reach 1°C, with PID self-adjustment function;
- 2. Support for appointment switching of one week in advance;
- 3. Optional RS485 communication interface, support MODBUS RTU communication protocol;
- 4. Drying temperature control circuit over-temperature tripping protection;
- 5. Fan lacks phase, reverse phase, and overload detection.
Reasonable and low-energy consumption structure design
- 1. Heating module and drying bucket module adopt double-layer insulation design to reduce energy consumption and prevent high temperature scald;
- 2. Special bell mouth design, raw materials, and hot air form convection, drying more fully;
- 3. The part in contact with raw materials shall be made of stainless steel to ensure that raw materials are not contaminated;
- 4. Reasonable design mode of cleaning door is convenient for later maintenance.
