On March 18, 2024, AFMING, the holding subsidiary of Topstar, was officially relocated to the headquarters base of Topstar Intelligent Equipment. This marks AFMING (CNC machine) stepping into a brand new stage of development.

At the housewarming celebration, Mr. Huang Yongsheng, the general manager of AFMING, delivered a speech. He reviewed the journey of AFMING from start-up to growth and expressed his gratitude to the team for their hard work.

Mr. Huang said: we are moving steadfastly towards our vision of becoming the No.1 brand of 5-axis machines in China. The commissioning of the new factory not only brings unprecedented development opportunities but also provides us with strong production capacity. In a highly competitive market, it ensures that we can continue to meet our customers’ demands for high-quality products and services.

The AFMING factory covers 36,000 square meters, nearly 8 times larger than the previous scale. It provides sufficient production space for AFMING’s market development needs in the next 3 to 5 years. The expansion of the new factory further optimizes AFMING’s production model. The capacity per unit area continuously increased to meet the growing market demand.

With the opening of the new production plant and office reception area, AFMING will welcome customers with a new look. Optimizing the facilities and service processes, will enhance customers’ confidence in cooperation and open up more win-win business opportunities for both parties.

Meanwhile, the production line of Topstar robots has been successfully put into operation in the headquarters base with stable output. At present, the whole production process of robots, including incoming material inspection, production and assembly, testing and aging, warehousing, and logistics, are all completed in the headquarters base.

The integrated production model can respond quickly to market changes and meet market demand promptly. It provides customers with more stable and reliable products and services.

Relying on independent research and development of core technologies, Topstar Robotics has made breakthroughs in the core technologies of control systems, servo drives, and vision algorithms to different degrees.

For the different needs of customers, Topstar launched: “Hexagonal Warrior” – TRH2, TRH5, and TRH10 series SCARA robots. “Extraordinary Warrior” TRV007, TRV010, TRV012 & TRV015 series desktop 6-axis robots. They are widely used in 3C, new energy, and other industries to meet customer demand for general-purpose automation upgrading and transformation.
