Topstar Named to 2026 Global Embodied Intelligence Benchmark Enterprises TOP100

Recently, EqualOcean Think Tank officially released the “2026 Global Embodied Intelligence Benchmark Enterprises TOP100” list. Topstar successfully made the list thanks to its deep expertise and accumulation in the field of industrial embodied intelligence. The list covers four major segments—embodied intelligence brains, data services, core components, and body manufacturing—focusing on benchmark enterprises that have achieved substantial breakthroughs in order validation, mass-production delivery, and scenario penetration, as well as mature commercialization progress. It aims to establish a set of industry reference benchmarks and value coordinates centered on commercial implementation for the embodied intelligence sector, which is on the eve of an industrialization boom.

In the body manufacturing segment, 40 companies worldwide were selected, covering categories such as humanoid robots, quadruped robots, collaborative robots, industrial robots, and service robots. The list brings together overseas leaders like Figure and Tesla, as well as a host of well-known domestic enterprises.

01 AI Flexible Sorting Workstation Achieves Real Production-Line Delivery

Topstar is committed to truly deploying industrial embodied intelligence that “understands processes and can do the work” onto customers’ production lines. Currently, Topstar’s AI flexible sorting workstation has achieved commercial delivery. Targeting the pain points of high-frequency product-change industries such as injection molding and 3C, it uses a self-developed AI vision model to compress changeover time to as fast as 5 minutes, with a recognition rate exceeding 99% and placement accuracy stably within 0.1 mm. It can be applied to scenarios including electronic component sorting, hardware sorting, and plastic product sorting and tray placement.

Going beyond fixed workstations, Topstar has partnered with customers from different industries to conduct small-batch validation for diversified scenarios. In 3C industry handling scenarios, the humanoid robot “Xiao Tuo” can address pain points such as limited site space, difficulties in implementing automation upgrades, and highly variable scenario requirements with insufficient adaptability of traditional solutions. In unloading and tray-placement scenarios, “Xiao Tuo” is suitable for the unloading and tray-placement processes of precision components, various metal parts, plastic hardware, etc., enabling unordered sorting and solving the flexibility issues of traditional robots.

02 Performance Grows Nearly 20% Year-on-Year Mass-Production Delivery Ensures Customer Value

While products complete validation on real production lines, commercial results are also reflected in operating data and scaled delivery capabilities. In the first half of 2026, Topstar achieved operating revenue of RMB 1.288 billion, up 18.61% year-on-year, with an overall gross margin of 31.12%. Among this, revenue from the industrial robots and automation application systems business reached RMB 707 million, surging 121.62% year-on-year and becoming a strong growth engine. Behind the performance lies solid mass-production and delivery capabilities—full-year industrial robot shipments in 2025 were approximately 12,000 units; in the first half of 2026, order volume was about 6,800 units and shipments about 5,500 units, continuously delivering high-reliability industrial-grade products to the market in large volumes.

 

Relying on its Dongguan intelligent equipment headquarters base and global R&D headquarters,Topstar has connected the full chain of R&D, production, assembly, testing, and delivery. Its comprehensive testing center of over 1,000 square meters can complete more than 350 rigorous tests. The mature quality-control system has been fully migrated to the embodied intelligence product line, ensuring the conversion from prototype to mass production and giving customers a reliable “out-of-the-box” experience.

Going forward, Topstar will continue to deeply cultivate the industrial embodied intelligence track.
